Eloisa James is Robert Bly's daughter?!?! And here I had his poetry books stacked alongside a couple of her romances and never knew they were related. During the month of June, I’m taking an online writing workshop called Plotting Bootcamp over at Rose's Colored Glasses. I’ve decided to return to a shelved work in progress, All Roads Lead to Ross, and basically start over with it through this one month long plotting workshop. One of our first lessons asked us to write down the theme for our story, and that got me thinking…I know what theme is.

Let me start by saying within the romance genre, I'm not a fan of first person point of view. I have a hard time explaining why. I just know it annoys me. I think it has to do with being limited to one character, usually the heroine.
